We have partnered with Kentucky’s Credit Unions and Surveys@11 to conduct a member survey. Our goal from this survey is to determine ways to better serve you. When someone disguises their phone number to appear as if it's from the Credit Union, it's called Caller ID Spoofing. Scammers use this technique to trick you into giving out personal information. 

How it works

The scammer uses spoofing technology to make it look like they're calling from the Credit Union. 

• They may pretend to be an employee.

• They may sound convincing and use the name of a person who works at Credit Union.

• They may claim there's suspicious activity on your account.

• They may ask you to provide personal information, send a payment, or reverse a payment. 

What they want

The goal of this scam is to steal your money or private account access information. 

How to avoid it

Don't fall for it. If you receive a suspicious call, you need to hang up and contact the Credit Union directly at 859-252-1551.

The 30th annual Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger® Food Drive is back after a two-year hiatus! We have a collection bin in our lobby for anyone who would like to donate beforehand. The food donated during this drive is always a huge blessing to our community food banks and its absence over the last two years has been felt. If you don't wish to drop off, remember to place non-perishable items at your mailbox for collection by your letter carrier on Saturday, May 14, 2022.
